Print History: Edition of 50. Hawaii is such a remote string of islands that, when I visited, I couldn't help thinking how far we were from anywhere. This is my effort to portray that feeling with this figure on a beach, looking east toward the United States, some 3,000 miles away.

Print History: Edition of 50. Silhouettes fascinate me, and this dove perched on the roof of my house one day and I managed to take a photo with my iPhone. That became this print, but I like to think I added a bit of drama to the image.

Print History: Edition of 50.The Tower of the Americas is a San Antonio icon, but it's really hard to capture it from an interesting point of view. I hope I've managed to do that in this print of the tower at a beautiful time of day.

Big Bend: The Boot
Hill Country Spring

Print History: Edition of 50.The Boot, is one of the most recognizable rock formations in Big Bend National Park. There's also a spring at the site, which makes it a handy location to water up as you hike to the South Rim, so you can rest a minute, eat some gorp, and enjoy the view.

Print History: Edition of 50. Spring in the Hill Country means oak trees and wild flowers. It's a delightful time, coming before the heat of summer sets in. If you can't get out to enjoy it, perhaps you can at least get a taste of it in this print, flowers, tree, and all.
